Acquired Phocéenne, Piping Technologies and SAIC Industries.
At the end of this year 2019 Allied International Group has performed the acquisition of the following French companies from Group Genoyer, aimed at boosting market penetration:
- Phocéenne: high-class player specialized in the distribution and management of comprehensive packages (including fittings, pipes, bends, flanges, valves, gaskets, filters, prefabrication components) addressed to the oil & gas, power generation and other industrial sectors. Founded in 1963 by Maurice Genoyer with the name of “Société Phocéenne de Metallurgie”, the company since the 1980s has been operating all over Europe, North Africa, Latin America and the Far East;
- Piping Technologies: engineering and piping branch of Phocéenne and, among others, manufacturer of a patented quick opening-closure system synergic to some prefabricated product lines of Bassi Luigi;
- SAIC Industries: manufacturer of large crowns and flanges, specialized in some core operations such as bending, welding and machining.
Phocéenne has a long success story in the sales and package management in France, Spain, Maghreb, Latin America, Far East and other areas. The company, with its Piping Technologies division and with SAIC Industries, will be directed by Allied France management and is expected to increase market penetration and volumes.
